The Benefits Of Kettlebell Training

It is time to train like a man again (especially if you are a woman) and get back in touch with visceral impulse that has been locked away for years. No need to purchase a gym membership or spend $1000s on expensive equipment. Two kettlebells are all that you need to increase muscular endurance, lose fat, and build size and strength. Kettlebells do not take up much space so you can train in your apartment, backyard, garage, or go outside and get some fresh air.

Kettlebell training is a form of training that will not only improve the appearance of your physique, it will give you strength and mental toughness that you did not know was even possible. Is kettlebell training the be all end all of working out? No, it is simply a very effective way to train and enhance whatever program you are on.

What is a kettlebell? Glad that you asked. Imagine a black bowling ball with a suitcase handle on it and you have an idea of what a kettlebell looks like. A kettlebell is a big hunk of iron that comes in several sizes: 8lbs, 12lbs, 18lbs, 26lbs, 35lbs,44lbs, 53lbs, 70lbs, 80lbs, 88lbs, 97lbs and for super strong men and women 105lbs! You can do standard weight training exercises with kettlebells such as: bench presses, curls, and rows. However, the unique value of kettlebells is derived from ballistic (fast exercise) work such as: snatches, swings, cleans, and jerks. In addition, to giving your incredible muscular endurance when done in high repetitions, with a proper nutrition plan any excess fat that you have will melt off rapidly.

Ballistic exercises are not the only exercises that you can benefit from, kettlebell exercises such as: the Turkish get-up, Bent Press, and Windmill will develop a rock-hard midsection and increase shoulder flexibility and stability. As a result many chiropractors are using kettlebells with their patients for rehab. If you are a man that wants to increase size and strength, try doing some of my favorite kettlebell exercises: Double Clean and Press, Double Front Squat, Renegade Row, Double Swing, and the Double Clean (Scroll down for more info). If you are a woman that wants to lose weight and tighten up your glutes, quads, abs, and arms, apply a steady diet of kettlebell training ballistic work with some low rep kettlebell training strength work and you are all set.

Last Comic Standing...questions!

So, I have been getting a lot of email about the new Last Comic Standing, So let me try to answer some of your questions here, because as you know I”m not the best in responding to email all the time. The Question I get the most is “Is it fixed? Should I even try, I heard manager’s pic there clients to be on the show. Bla bla bla”

Here is the deal at lest with the season I was on. A lot of people said Barry Katz got all his clients on the show.
Fist that’s impossible, there is a department in at every network called “Standards and Practices” and they could give a fuck less about Barry Katz or his clients, and NBC would not risk loosing there broadcast licenses over ANT getting on the show.

With my season, once all the nation wide search stuff was over we went into the “House” like a day later, then two and half weeks later all that stuff was done filming. That was lets say done in March. Those people, then, being smart business people knew they had 4 months to get everything in order before they where on Prime Time every week. I.e., you know shit was going to get huge for you, so you fired, hired you managers, got new agents, biz managers, publist etc etc. during that time 4 months before what we filmed actually was on tv, a lot of people signed with barry, So when the time was the show was on it simmed everyone was with him, they where, but after much of the show was already filmed.

Second, “does your stand up, really mean anything? Or are they just casting people they might not get along?” mmmmm Fuck ya there casting its TV.. You ever see ugly girls in beer commercials? Survivor doesn’t let the first 20 people at the door on the show.

IM sure they are looking for all around players, you could have a funny as shit 2 minutes, but what are you going to do minute 3 or 4. I did 22, 4 minute sets that’s a shit load, that’s 22 different tonight show sets in less then 6 months

Then when you go on the road after you new found fame, they don’t want to here the same shit, you did on the show.

I also saw funny people that did go stand up but sucked ass when it came to interviews and on camera stuff, that shit is equally important for a show like that. Think sound bites when you talking!!

They’re not looking for the best Walkin impersonation there looking for someone who can maybe have there own show, with the leg to last for 5 years.

I’m sure none of my advice is going to help. Here is how I made through the show, I never thought I was going to win, no was that the goal, I just wanted to be the in the top half every time. I.e.… out of 40, just wanted to be in the 20, out of 20 just wanted to be 10, out of 10…..5….out of 5. Well at that point I was happy to be at 5 , but then they changed it to 6, they the 3.. Then holly fuck I won…

It was the Improv in Addison and John Heffron in a show that defined fine comedy. John is a stellar talent with some of the funniest comedy material we've seen. It is a pure pleasure to recommend this comedian. John had the audience with big laughs from beginning to end. John might have been suffering a cold but his comedy didn't suffer for a minute as this professional put it... he comes from the future with time management advice on dating and a pocket full of "Tums". Just a note, I hope your hair dryer muscle recovers. I'm betting on this 35-year old comedian to be tearing up the stage for another 50 years. He explained married life with the comical accuracy of a Certified Domestic Negotiator Supreme. He even has shopping cart skills when all else fails. His blind-spot driving philosophy seems to be endangered by his doggie gas pump skills... This was fun comedy, comedy you can really enjoy. No assaults, no meanness, just funny, funny comedy. Thank you John! You really don't want to miss John. He should be a sell-out. I'll fight you for a ticket to see John, really. Ok a few things to talk about. First im getting old, well not really but while I was in San Francisco I trained at the Fairtex training center. I’ve done mixed martial arts for sometime now and thought I would work on my Muay Thai skills, well to say work on them would empty that I had any to begin with. I trained with Ganyao “Dr. Knee” Fairtex he was featured as the Muay Thai instructor on “The Ultimate Fighter”. I have heard of people puking while they work out or passing out. Holly shit I almost did. But as I would start to black out I would hear him say ‘Kick like a man” and that would motivate me. My legs where black and blue as well as my elbows. IF someone wanted to fight me in the street that night I would have had to ask them if they could kindly attack me in about a week when I can actually feel my legs. The place kicks ass is you live up in San Fran, You should go and check them out sign up take classes, just don’t do any boozing the night before Trust me… http://www.fairtex.com

I think im getting to old to do this crap naturally I’ve been looking into Growth Hormones to help the body get lean and mean but I don’t know anyone who has taken them do you?

Oh before I go one. I have been getting some pissed off email when I cancel a date. Here’s the deal on that, I had some send an email have I had to cancel a week at a club I was going to perform at. In Jan I book my whole year, that’s 48 weeks I preplan where I am going, so like your life things change, people in your family become Ill, you become ill, a friend needs you to drive across the border and bring back a family hidden in your trunk, whatever it maybe things happen. I’m sorry if it does and you pre bought tickets, I know it sucks; I don’t do it unless it’s the last resort. But sometime meeting to advance my career comes up or whatever .So please take that into consideration before you send email and me about how you are going to follow another comic now and I suck. Most dates all get rescheduled.

i forgot i did this show, but i think they use me alot maybe, i dont know it was about a year ago when i taped it. but the show is I LOVE THE 80'S 3D, all this week on vh1, waite now that i think about it1 did i do this show? Yes Yes i did i rember them giving me stuff like 80's toys and talking about them.....

OH by the way i just signed a awsome deal with ABC, to develop a sitcom for me, still a lot of hoops to jump through but my master plan is comming together niiiiiiiice.

Houston date will be sometime next year. for those emailing me i had to change some dates around do to a family issue. I know I know how dare my family not check with me before trying to do that family thing.

The Big South Lyon date is this week, its going to be alot of fun.Im actually performing at my old high school, should be a bit wierd its a earlyshow, no booze, not a normal setting but i hope to raise some cash for the South lyon Wrestling team, seeing how i was the worest wrestler in South Lyon History the least i could do is give them some new uniforms or something. If you live in mich and want to come.click on Home and the number is listed under NEWS. tickets are a bit high 25 bucks but its for a good cause, i mean if these kids are off wrestling each other then there not making METH, and thats a good thing.

i was just at Bowling Green U. that place rocked i had about 600 people there and the student activities could have been cooler "What about my tip?" they will get that you reading wont.

Anyway sup yall. I just got to Indy, its 2am. I have to get up in a few hours to be on the Bob and Tom show. Then drive 5 hours to St. Loius to perform for the weekend. Im still on the road pretty hard till the end of the year. Which kinda Rocks and Sucks at the same time. traveling everyweek starts to get ya after a while. i was going to right more but i just decided to rent Batman begins in my room. .....
